Agro Dolce (Italian - meaning, bitter-sweet) opened its doors in June of 2007 and has quickly become a favorite for fine traditional Italian cuisine, impeccable service and great value.

Owner/chef Robert Signoriello, highly regarded in the culinary arena, began his career with the Sheraton Corporation in 1980 before working as Executive Chef in Boston, New York, London, The Caribbean and some of the finer Hotels and Resorts here on Cape Cod. Bob's philosophy is serving fresh and creative Northern Italian Cuisine with an imaginative use of seasonal ingredients from local farmers and purveyors as well as imports from Italy.

Whet your appetite with an assortment of antipasto while the chef's prepare homemade pasta and classic dishes. Agro Dolce specializes in serving authentic regional Italian food featuring fresh ingredients and innovated presentation. The bar at Agro Dolce boasts an impressive, award winning wine list, 50 inch, high-def televisions to follow all of your favorite sports teams, gorgeous mural adorned walls and is the perfect venue for Cape Cod's best Martini before dinner or a night cap after with live jazz.

Agro Dolce is located on Route 6A in beautiful Brewster, Massachusetts. We are open for dinner at four o'clock seven nights a week June through October and Tuesday- Saturday in the off season. Contact us to help you plan your next function.
